From a journalist whose usual offerings are a wry comment on politics, comes this, 'Of all the dull tasks one would expect as the public affairs flack for the Italian-owned confectionery giant Ferrero, it's a fair guess that "drafting a press statement delicately disassociating a commonly available, 3mm mint from the tongue-crimes of the aspirational 45th leader of the free world" would not be among them.'

And, 'Oddly enough, despite all this, the Junk Food Diplomacy Prize in recent times actually goes to McDonald's, which – in view of the scary-clown crime wave plaguing the US – announced on Tuesday that it was scaling back Ronald McDonald's participation in community events.

'That's correct: A fast-food company, in deference to community standards, has stood down its red-headed Donald-clown.

'Someone ought to tell the Republicans.'

I wonder if Trump has offered fellow sexual predator Julian Assange asylum in the US if he helps Trump win. Might explain why Wikileaks is only (or primarily?) releasing hacked information about Hillary Clinton and her campaign. And I have no doubt the trio of Putin, Trump and Assange don't care about equal or women's rights.

OK, this is probably not PC to wager on but, if you had to bet a sum sufficient to make you pause, who would you pick as having the most women come forward with allegations of sexual assault, Trump or Bill Cosby? Let's set November 8th as the cut off date (unless Trump's elected, in which case we can extend the contest to include the inaugural balls).

The last figure I saw on Trump was nine while Wiki puts Cosby at 60, so Bozo, et al, would be getting a nice point spread if one of them is willing to put his money where his mouth is. ;)

Trump is also benefiting from the focus on his sexcapades in that it takes the focus from his Trump "Looniversity" scam, his string of bankruptcies, his pending law suits from contractors, his questionable business dealings with foreign countries, his questionable dealings with foreign political leaders, his encouraging Russia's cyber attacks upon the U.S., and the hiding of his tax returns. I believe his inspiration for gaining the oval office is to squash any future investigations and pardon what might be coming down the pike.

Word is NBC is willing to pay Trump's chortling sidekick Billy Bush something like $10 million just to go away. So Billy's out of a job ...

What do you think the chances are that he is now at the top of the list to be Trump's White House Press Secretary?

    (Sorry, Sean Hannity.)

trump wouldn't have a press secretary. He doesn't want a relationship with the press outside of anything he can control on his own.

  10. While I agree with @MsGuy's response "Thank God for women," here's a followup that slices things from a different perspective.

Note that if just white people vote, Trump is projected to win 19 more Electoral College votes than if just men voted. If no white people vote, Clinton is projected to win all 538 Electoral College votes instead of 458.

    Intersectionality, people. It's a thing.

Judging from the size of his hands.....Trump's, eh, inaugural balls won't amount to much.

Trump in terms of number, but none of the allegations I have seen against him so far are quite as heinous as those against Cosby.

I hear you! I was remarking on what i imagine are Trump's miniscule testicles, not the comparison of him and Cosby. They are both vile.

Is Trump the man you want to represent you and our country to the World ? It certainly would bring a comic element to those world summit meetings, with world leaders launching paper airplanes at him when he speaks (or rants)...... and then high-fiving each other at every Stupid comment he makes....

Cosby's crimes are certainly heinous. Dumpster, however, is being sued for child-rape, in a case concerning a 13-year-old girl. If true, and we don't yet know (a status hearing is scheduled for early December), that would easily rival anything by Cosby.

These are the rape accusation details: http://www.snopes.com/2016/06/23/donald-trump-rape-lawsuit/
